This villa is located in a quiet and secluded location on the southern tip of Phuket, just minutes from town and steps from the year-round Laem Ka Beach.
This three-bedroom, two-story villa with a private pool features a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen in a contemporary European style. The luxurious living room is complemented by three beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and pool views: two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor.
The villa also features a cozy pool terrace, a second-floor bedroom terrace, and private parking.
Villa Location:
Our villa is located in the southern part of Phuket, in the Rawai area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. In recent years, this area has become popular with both Thais and foreigners, yet remains free of overdevelopment, increased tourism, and the price tags typical of other areas of the island. The villa enjoys a quiet, secluded location, yet is just a short walk from Rawai Beach, home to a bustling fresh seafood market, excellent seaside restaurants, shops, and a variety of other local amenities.
For daily groceries, head to the Tesco Lotus supermarket and Villa Market, both just a couple of minutes' drive away. Promthep Cape, Phuket's southernmost peak and the perfect spot for watching the most stunning sunsets, is a 5-minute drive from the villa. The famous Nai Harn Beach, with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters, is also nearby and remains one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
A 25-minute drive takes you to two of Phuket's best shopping centers: Premium Outlet Phuket and Central Festival Mall, located on the ring road and often referred to as a shopper's paradise. A little further, you'll be less than 30 minutes from town, home to two of Phuket's leading international schools and two of the island's best hospitals. The island can be reached via Phuket International Airport, which is approximately 45-60 minutes' drive from the villa.
Villa Rates
- Maximum 2 guests per villa bedroom.
- Extra rollaway bed (maximum 1 per villa) from 500 THB per night.
- Water and electricity are not included in the rate; charges are based on the meter reading (electricity - 4.70 THB/net, water - 45 THB/net).
- Complimentary gym access from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Office hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays until 12:00 PM, Sundays closed).
- Pool cleaning, garden maintenance, and maid service twice a week are included in the rate. Linen change once a week.
- Additional cleaning and linen changes start at 500 baht per bedroom.
- Defective or damaged equipment is charged to the tenant according to a separate price list.
- Pets are allowed in some villas.
