The villa is located in a quiet and secluded location on the southern tip of Phuket and offers luxury two-bedroom villas with a private pool. Just a few minutes from the city and a few steps from the year-round Laem Ka beach.
The one-storey villa with two bedrooms and a private pool has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen in a modern European style. The luxurious living room is complemented by two beautifully equipped bedrooms with bathrooms, which overlook the pool.
The villa also has a cozy terrace next to the pool and private parking.
The cost of the villa:
- Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom in the villa.
- Extra folding bed (maximum 1 per villa) from 500 baht per night.
- Water and electricity are not included in the price, payment is made according to meter readings (electricity - 4.70 THB/net, water - 45 THB/net).
- Free use of the gym from 7:00 to 22:00.
- Office hours: from 09:00 to 17:00 (Saturdays to 12:00, Sundays off).
- The price includes pool cleaning, garden maintenance and maid service twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week.
Additional cleaning and bed linen change – from 500 baht per bedroom at a time.
Defective and damaged equipment is paid for by the tenant in accordance with a separate price list.
Pets are allowed in some villas.

Villa location:
Our villa is located in the south of Phuket, in Rawai district, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. In recent years, this area has become popular with both Thais and foreigners, but it remains free from excessive development, increased tourist flow, and prices typical of other areas of the island. The villa is located in a quiet, secluded location, despite being only a few minutes walk from Rawai Beach, where there is a lively fresh seafood market, wonderful seaside restaurants, shops and many other local amenities.
For daily groceries, you can go to the Tesco Lotus Supermarket and the Villa Market store, which are also just a 5-minute drive away. Promthep Cape, the southernmost peak of Phuket and an ideal place to watch the most stunning sunsets, is a 5-minute drive from the villa. The famous Nai Harn Beach with its golden sand and crystal clear waters is also a 5-minute drive away and remains one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
A 25-minute drive takes you to two of Phuket's best shopping malls: Premium Outlet Phuket and Central Festival Mall, located on the ring road and often referred to as a shopper's paradise. A little further, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Phuket Town, home to two of Phuket's leading international schools and two of the island's best hospitals. The island can be reached via Phuket International Airport, which is approximately 45-60 minutes' drive from the villa.
