About the Company
Our project is a startup based in Phuket, Thailand. We are building our own product — a marketplace for commercial real estate, established businesses, and land plots for sale and lease.
Candidate requirements and responsibilities
Middle level or above
At least 3 years of experience in interface design and design systems (required)
Proficiency in Figma (required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Experience designing complex, responsive, or high-load interfaces
Ability to develop and maintain a design system in collaboration with the front-end team
Ability to work closely with developers and other designers
What we offer
Remote work from anywhere in the world
A 5/2 schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Moscow time (with the possibility of agreeing on a different time zone)
Compensation is RUB 100,000 in the first month, RUB 120,000 in the second month, and RUB 150,000 starting from the third month. The salary is stated as net pay, after tax deductions.
Based on performance and results, there is an opportunity to grow to RUB 200,000 per month and move into a leadership role within the department
