About the Company
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to run professional campaigns across both Russian-speaking and international social media platforms.
There are two projects you will be working on:
Project 1 — A startup based in Phuket, Thailand. We are developing our own product: a marketplace for commercial real estate, established businesses, and land plots for sale and lease.
Project 2 — AI-based projects, including presentations, text, images, and more.
What you’ll be doing
  • Independently prepare, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • Run advertising campaigns on VK, Telegram, and Instagram/Facebook (required)
  • Create ad creatives independently
  • Conduct A/B testing and identify high-performing combinations
  • Analyze competitors and audit existing campaigns
  • Set up pixels and audiences
  • Maintain daily reporting
Candidate requirements
  • Experience managing advertising budgets starting from ₽2,000,000 per month
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles and key metrics (CTR / CPC / CPO / ROI)
  • Proven, specific case studies are required
  • Full commitment to our project is essential — part-time work or combining this role with other projects is not considered
  • Ability to achieve lead volume and cost targets
  • 3+ years of experience and at least 5 successfully completed projects
  • Parsing is second nature to you, and you’re completely comfortable working with technical specs
  • You have strong personal time management skills and consistently meet deadlines
What we offer
  • Remote work from anywhere in the world
  • A 5/2 schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Moscow time (with the possibility of agreeing on a different time zone)
  • Compensation of RUB 100,000 in the first month, RUB 110,000 in the second month, and RUB 120,000 starting from the third month. Salary is stated as net pay after tax
  • Based on performance and results, there is an opportunity to grow to RUB 250,000 per month and move into a leadership role
  • Stable salary paid twice a month
