  • This is not an office job and not a remote position
  • The job involves traveling around Phuket, communicating with property owners, and independently searching for properties
  • Payment is performance-based and depends on the number and quality of listings accepted according to company standards (we will explain everything in advance and show you how to do it properly)
  • If you do not like field work, live communication, accuracy in data, and discipline in your work, this role is not for you
About us
Our project is MiOON, a next-generation digital platform in Thailand. We are building a marketplace for commercial real estate, ready businesses, and land plots. Our goal is to collect high-quality, verified, and user-friendly listings, not simply copy properties from public sources.
Responsibilities
  • Independently search for properties in Phuket (we explain, train, and show everything)
  • Find commercial real estate, land plots, and ready businesses
  • Contact property owners or their representatives
  • Arrange meetings and travel to locations
  • Collect accurate property information according to company standards
  • Take high-quality photos and videos
  • Carefully complete the property form
  • Submit materials to the company in a clear and complete format
  • Follow up with the owner if any information is missing
Candidate requirements
  • Thai citizenship, or a valid work permit in Thailand for Myanmar candidates
  • Responsibility and good work discipline
  • Readiness for field-based work
  • Ability to communicate with people calmly and confidently
  • Ability to work independently
  • A phone with a good camera
  • English level B2 or higher
  • A motorbike or car is required
What is important to understand
• In Phuket, there are many properties that are still not listed on major platforms
• These properties must be found independently, not simply taken from a ready-made database
• We do not pay for “just an owner contact” — we pay for a completed result
• A completed result is a listing that is accepted according to company standards: completed form, photos, video, and accurate data
• If a listing is submitted with poor quality or does not meet company standards, it will not be accepted for payment
