About the Company
There are two projects you will be running advertising for:
Project 1 — Our startup based in Phuket, Thailand. We are developing our own product: a marketplace for commercial real estate, established businesses, and land plots for sale and lease.
Project 2 — AI-based projects, including presentations, text, images, and more.
What you’ll be doing
  • Audit existing ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and ads.
  • Analyze competitors in the market and prepare a detailed report file.
  • Test hypotheses that affect the project’s key metrics and run rational, well-grounded A/B tests.
  • Analyze website visitor behavior, from session recordings in Webvisor to call analysis.
  • Suggest improvements at the intersection of the website and advertising.
  • Professionally launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct and Google Ads.
  • Develop cost-effective strategies for generating qualified leads below market cost.
  • Analyze data using end-to-end analytics, CRM systems, and call tracking.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate budget efficiency.
  • Set up pixels and audiences.
  • Have a deep understanding of Yandex Metrica, including goals, audiences, conversions, widgets, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ad campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up UTM tags and everything else required to ensure advertising performs effectively.
Candidate requirements
  • Proven advertising campaign case studies with real numbers, performance metrics, and examples of actions taken to reduce lead cost.
  • Valid Yandex certifications are required.
  • Successful experience working on the agency side is required.
  • Experience with Roistat, including professional-level knowledge and the ability to integrate the service independently.
  • Experience managing an advertising budget of at least RUB 1,000,000 per month is required.
  • A high level of responsibility, self-organization, and respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for your work.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables and the ability to independently perform end-to-end campaign analysis using spreadsheets.
What we offer
  • Remote work from anywhere in the world.
  • A 5/2 schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Moscow time, with the possibility of agreeing on a different time zone.
  • Compensation of RUB 120,000 in the first month, RUB 150,000 in the second month, and RUB 180,000 starting from the third month. Salary is stated as net pay after tax.
  • Based on performance and results, there is an opportunity to grow to RUB 300,000 per month and move into a leadership role.
  • Stable salary paid twice a month.
