About the company
Our startup project, MiOON, is based in Phuket, Thailand. We are developing our own product — a marketplace for commercial real estate, established businesses, land plots, and villas for sale and lease.
We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team on a long-term basis.
A mandatory requirement for applicants is a well-structured portfolio with specific case studies describing your tasks, solutions, results, and overall impact.
What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating specialized team members (paid social specialist, PPC specialist, SEO specialist, web designer, etc.). Assigning tasks based on the approved strategy, monitoring execution, making adjustments, reporting, and ensuring results are achieved.
  • Auditing existing advertising accounts and campaigns.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and preparing detailed reports.
  • Testing hypotheses that impact key project metrics and running rational, data-driven A/B tests.
  • Analyzing website visitor behavior — from session recordings to call analysis.
  • Suggesting improvements at the intersection of website UX and advertising performance.
  • Building effective lead generation strategies to acquire qualified leads below market cost.
  • Conducting data analysis using end-to-end analytics systems.
  • Planning, managing, and evaluating advertising budget efficiency.
  • Setting up pixels, tracking systems, and audiences.
  • Demonstrating deep expertise in Yandex Metrica, including goals, audiences, conversions, widgets, and related analytics tools.
Candidate requirements
  • A well-structured portfolio with specific case studies describing your responsibilities, solutions, results, and overall impact.
  • Proven experience working either with international companies or with foreign target audiences.
  • Experience with Roistat, including professional-level knowledge and independent integration/setup of the platform.
  • Proactive mindset: ability to propose solutions, implement them, analyze results, and prepare reports — full-cycle problem solving.
  • Mandatory experience managing advertising budgets starting from RUB 1,000,000 per month.
  • High level of responsibility, self-organization, and strong adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables and independent end-to-end advertising campaign analysis using spreadsheets.
What we offer
  • Remote work from anywhere in the world
  • Working hours: 5 days a week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Moscow Time (arrangements can be made to work in a different time zone)
  • Salary: 150,000 RUB in the first month, 180,000 RUB in the second month, and 200,000 RUB from the third month onwards. Salaries are quoted as net take-home pay after tax.
  • Depending on performance and results achieved, there is the opportunity to reach a salary of 300,000 RUB per month and take on a managerial role
  • Stable salary paid twice a month
